D4 cats.

Anyone had a D4 with a blocked catalitic converter that the vehicle starts then dies out?
What's it like accessing the down pipe flange on the turbo?

One simple way to check the Cat if you can, is start the car and bring it up to temp. Use an IR thermometer and take a reading at the inlet pipe of the cat and the outlet. They should be similar. If there is a blockage the temp at the outlet will be significantly cooler. Going through this with a Ford Falcon atm as well and was given this advice.
