on the junction I measured 7 volts
the brown wire is not connected other post seen

7 volts is not a normal voltage, should be 12 volts or zero. The voltage depends where you check the earth point.

the voltage is measured with the mass of the vehicle, i imagined it had to be 12 v so i was wondering where you connect the 4 wires
