Height sensor

On starting my disco it reports a suspension fault. According to the 4x4 screen it's the right rear sensor giving a bad reading.

However I notice that if I move the car, stop, lock, restart and test its then all OK, but the FRONT right wheel on the 4x4 screen has a little red flashing bar over it.

1) a new genuine sensor, or are any of the ebay ones suitable?
2) I see there a 4x genuine sensors for sale for £120... Should I be replacing all four, once ones gona, are the rest sure to follow?
3) why the flashing bar over the front right wheel when all is OK otherwise?

Thanks people

Any fault codes showing up?

If you have diagnostics, I would try a calibration first and foremost

Thanks for the reply.

IID showed a general electrical failure for the OSR sensor.

I have re-calibrated, so we will see what happens tomorrow. All clear again now, though I sort of expected that after moving it.

So a red bar means it's reached the extent of travel I think? worth reading the manual Laughing

If you see a wheel bouncing up and down (on the display), that is a sure sign of a faulty sensor or wiring

So on restarting the car was fine. As soon as i left the drive, the warning light came on yellow and the osr wheel on the 4x4 display showed it low.

Wanted to MOT tomorrow but I presume that's an instant fail?
