Service sources said the pilot was given the wrong grid reference.

The AAC social media pages are awash with amusing tales. My favourite has to be the one where a cab driver dropped his pax at the precise grid ref given, right next to a wide, deep and fast-flowing river.

What he failed to check, given the grid ref on the map was wider than the river, was which side his load needed to be. Before they could remonstrate he had dusted off and was exiting the area at a rate of knots.
 I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
