Egr plug
Hi all
So I’ve been back to draper and they say the passenger side egr valve is stuck open. When engine turns off with the diagnostic, it doesn’t go up to 100. It stays at 0. Indicating it’s jammed inside and won’t spin.
Is there an easy fix to this? Can I just unscrew it and leave it to spin freely. Zip tied safe under the plastic cover. Or would it’s previous position need closing off with something?
Just blank them off at the valve, thats all you need to do on a MY2005.

Just one of the egr plugs was connected and it seemed to boost but not as much as it should. Then it started making a weird noise 😳
