Remove the sill trim and check for bad connections on the 'twisted' wires. Check the connector under the seats - suggest you separate, clean and put back together - failing that it maybe the restraint ECM faulty especially if any of the restraints have triggered.

Discovery LR3 Comms Fault- Bus Signal B00D2 reply to friends
Hi guys ,
Thank you for your response.
This fault is a very tricky one that tests your intellect.
Heres a quick brake down of comms fault.
The SRS readout on right of the dash is active .
Air Bag light is lit to "40% only."
All resisters inside the Airbag circuit are of similar value
All steering buttons work ok.
Sky light leaked
Un plugged rectangle plugs front seat only and cleaned with CRC Contact cleaner and re fixed retainer hex screw.
Fault returned after clearing error with Icarsoft tool , but returned again after restarting Car.
So Lads,
I am wondering about the following .
1 . Does a faulty leaky drain leak onto a central fuse box somewhere around front passengers foot well, providing power to the SRS restraint circuit ?
2 . Dimly lit Air bag light might mean low power from fuse box to RCM restraint module activating a comms error alarm?
3 . an Earth point or Earth common connectors somewhere in floor or sill area that may have water damage .
4 . How to test safely -the cambus signals across the various points of th SRS circuit.
What would be reaaaaaaaly awesome to see some pictures of the Earth points - Connectors relating to Airbag Circuit - RCM Module removal - Door Airbag hing Plug - Fuse bank and anything you have.
Thanks Lads .
Wife has given notice that the Dog house has been prepared for me, and the Dog gets my bed if this
problems not fixed .
The Pressure is ON.

Check the cabin filter behind the glove box. If this is wet then the fuse box below it is suspect

PCB instrument cluster intermittent PCB Fault
Cam bus not talking clearly to cluster.
Resolder Cluster plug and Contact clean plug and PCB socket.
Tap across back of PCB to force and clear fault with car on.
LCD module pins or socket could be an Issue.
Restart car to clear errors after repairs.
Scan tool to reset not required.
