The internet suggests fuel pump issues (as one possibility).
There will be better thoughts than me past shortly but as you were desperate - I looked this up.
Good luck "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

Unfortunately I'm still 275 Mile from Dundee or that would be my first option

Have you got breakdown cover? You might find that the AA/RAC/Green Flag will get your car to a garage of your choice, irrespective of distance.
The other one I’d suggest is Elite Land Rover in Dumbarton - but Dumbarton is quite a detour from Dundee.
Might be worth getting in touch with Disco Mikey for any suggestions about getting recovered.2014 - D4 2010 HSE Nara Bronze

Got breakdown but not sure they will take me 275 miles north just having a look to see if I can get it done local to Bolton/Preston, rather than recover home, that way I can maybe save some of the holiday
Flack able to help? Or know anyone else

Only suggesting D-M as he’s at your destination. Might go some way to keeping SWMBO happy..... But agree that you’re unlikely to get a 275 mile tow.2014 - D4 2010 HSE Nara Bronze

I have had a few tows with various big brake down companies, and if I have never had a problem with long distance recovery as long as its on your policy.
I think the longest I have had is London to Manchester, The last was a tow from home to York to get the car into JAS.
If you do the recovery upto DM it will take a while as they may relay you up there on various trucks, but on the plus side you will save the fuel money and that will help towards the repairs.2010 Disco 4 HSE
