Gracenotes and Navigation errors

Keep getting this error when starting 2012 LR4. Also, Navigation very rarely loads. I can't seem to locate anything that might resemble a CD ( other than the obvious under the display) or anything that resembles a Hard drive. Any idea where to check? Or possible ways to resolve the issue.

In the UK I'm pretty sure your update would be via USB.

Behind a secret panel? I don't see one visible, I looked in the bottom glove box and only saw the interior fuse panel. I do have two USB ports in the center console one labeled USB and one labeled iPod. 2012 LR4
