Front lower ball joint nut torque?

Hi,

Changed both lower front arms today. The lower ball joint (arm to knuckle) was really tight on both sides (breaker bar, 3' pipe). If I'm reading the manual correctly it says:

7 . Connect the tie-rod end ball joint.
Install a new nut and tighten to 70 Nm (52 lb.ft).

Is that really all it's tightened to?

I'm no expert, but from the following two links both seem to say 115nm. Looking at the workshop manual it doesn't seem to say what torque in the refitting section, makes me wonder what I did back in April when I did mine!

Not sure the tie-rod end ball joint is the same as the lower arm ball joint? Richard

Tie rod ball joint is the one for the steering. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
