Evening guys
As title, D3 has developed a rattle whilst driving that only disappears when stationary or the clutch is depressed, I am pretty sure I know the answer but as it seems to be driving fine ie not slipping I am just after some thoughts/confirmation
I’m guessing dual mass is in deep consideration of failing
Has anyone had this before and am I correct
It’s testing me atm as it have only just cured the vibration after changing the box oil and transfer box oil it turned out to be a dodgy batch of fuel, as soon as I changed the fuel filter and added more fuel it cleared before I could add the injector cleaner

Mine had this shortly before I chopped it in.
I never properly investigated it but also assumed DMF self-imploded. They were in short supply from LUK at the time, but looks as though Advanced Factors have them back in stock again:

Could also be gearbox input shaft, which will mean new gearbox as well.
