stuck in low range please help!!

hello,
ive been having trouble with my discovery 3
i had faults flashing up that suggested transfer case ecu so removed it and took it apart to find it corroded and burn
so i bought a new unit and had it programmed and calibrated only to find no change
and fault low range short to ground
i tested the wires coming out of the ecu and one is flashing from 12v to about 3v could this be the one?
i have read on other posts that the is trouble with the red 12v feed to the terrain ecu but i have checked and i have 12v going to it
do the terrain modules go wrong?

hope some can help me Very Happy

Costa Rica

Which wire is flashing please?
Also check the switches in the center console... for hair, coffee, chocolate, rice..
Fixing LR problems very far from Solihull.
That's why my newest car is a 1999 Disco 2 V8 with 285.000 miles

The problem is the missing documentation, not the LR
