Good Independent South East London Please!

I am looking for a recommended independent in or near South East London.

Specifically looking for an oil change for the gearbox, I will give most things a go but that seems a step too far!

128k roughly

Slight jerk if I pull away too quickly, however car was purchased without service history so am just replacing and servicing everything
