Wheels, powder coating or paint and lacquer
Looking at changing the colour of my wheels.
I've seen a lot of info on powder coating and painting.
Are there any pros and cons on any of these, I can't make my mind up?

Interesting, the raptor coating.
I'm not sure if I like the texture or not.
Is the raptor not flaking/peeling etc?

Powder coating, durable, but limited in colours.
Painting, great if done correctly.
I spray canned mine, but its not lasted!
Going for powder coat soon...
Raptor doing just fine, had no issues since it went on, easier to touch up than paint.Paul.

I'm getting mine done asap using Powder-coat, *as soon as I find a decent powder-coater.
IMO Paint isn't as durable and prone to stone chips.
Certainly don't use Plastidip [although that wasn't in your options], horrible temporary stuff.

My Plastidip wheels have lasted fine until the tyre company put bloody clip on weights on the outside rim (WHY?). Getting them to take them off and do it right left the coating stuffed!Series 1 V8

I really like that for black.
The other thing is that I'm not quite sure what it will look like with Lugano Teal.

Conversely, that's actually why I Plastidipped mine...so that I could take it off if I didn't like it/got bored of it etc.
It's easy to touch up, and it's on my off-road set which see some hard use.....or used to anyway
