EGR valve Replacement, smoky on initial start up.

Morning Folk's.

Finally got round to replacing the EGR Valve's om my Disco 3, car running and sounds good. The only thing is that on initial start up the engine is a little smoky, after a run it does clear, was never smoky before. Anyone any ideas?

Thank's team.

Happy weekend.

Replaced them? Confused

Seen a few turbo hoses split very shortly after replacing/blankin god the EGR valves

Otherwise, there would appear to be another issue, as replacing the valves would not make it smokey (unless its needing a good thrashing to clear itself out Thumbs Up )

Could just be the build up of crap from failed egr valves in the exhaust. Should burn off after a few trips.
