Have you googled p2290? seems to come up with blocked fuel filter or low fuel pressure.

Try rail pressure sensor fixed mine was 350 from landrover don't buy a cheap eBay one there poooooo

How can you measure if the rail pressure sensor is faulty?
Does not register for measurment on Gap IID.

trust me its the cheaper way and most quick parts to change for that code I have done a new low pressure and high pressure pump and fuel filter and turbo and boost hoses 1st as all the forum hero's say to do

But, even if LR makes it extremely difficult, I would like to know what is wrong and change just that part.
