Vision assist pack, is it worth it?

Hello, right my build date still hasn't been confirmed which still means I can make changes, my wife will be using my car occasionally and she isn't the best or most confident of drivers haha. Although the HSE Luxury has the rear camera I was also thinking of getting the Vision assist pack which includes the Surround camera system.

Is this system worth it?

Not to me it wasn't, and very glad too. The cameras are terrible quality these days it seems. Just read some of the threads complaining about them.

The rear camera does a fine job by itself. 747_JK

The Luxury comes with the Xenons as standard

Make sure you have the exterior detection pack.

If I ordered again I'd drop the surround cameras for the remote park heat.

(Going to retro fit remote park heat)

Not sure if it is the vision or exterior pack that adds the hitch and tow assist functionality. MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

camera quality is not great but it is a good gadget.

not sure i'd use it to help park and junction view is a waste of time

view i took is that for the price of a lux its only a little bit more for every possible extra!

Agreed, nice gadget but there is no way I would rely on the junction view cameras at a junction!
