New Discovery 4 owner - some help please
Hi Guys
I picked up a white D4 last night after upgrading from a freelander 2.
Its a 2011 model and has the sat nav built in, can someone tell me how I can permanently agree to the terms for the sat nav? I find it a hassle to 'agree' every time I turn the car on..
Also, can you tell me the best place to get some parts? mine is fairly stock and I will be looking at going for the backpack style looks so I need the following:
1) black bonnet and tail gate lettering (quality ones which won't fade)
2) Side grill in black
3) interior trim in piano black (as with HSE model - doors and centre console and beneath the sat nav)
4) black door handles (without the button hole)
5) upgraded to the 2014 wheels (the chrome with black accent) - see pic.

You cannot stop the sat nav message coming up, but if you leave it it clears on its own and the sat nav comes on. All cars do this I believeMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Thanks Russell, I think my patience must run out before it clears itself.. 10 minutes at least on the last five and it was still there, oh well.
any tips for the best place to get parts?

The best place for the black lettering is Ebay, it's cheaper there than LR suppliers. For the side vents, I've got a pair of black ones I'll be putting up for sale in a few days.
For the grille, it will be cheaper to get your local bodyshop to paint it, as prices for shipping something that size will make you wince. I've not looked for the black roof rails, so I can't advise there, but it may be worth giving TRS in Adelaide a call to see if they've got any on their wrecks http://www.triumphroverspares.com.au
I've dealt with them a fair bit, and they're pretty good

Question, how much do you want for the side grills? happy to swap for silver if your looking to go back to stock
Oh and yeah, I hadn't even noticed the roof rails! Another part to the list..haha.

My Audi doesn't have any nag messages at all. Turn on, it works. D3 has the nag message.____

Interesting to see they fit the old D3 XS wheels to those cars. I liked those on my D3.PAGODA

The fact that you have to click on the sat nav warning every time may be down to your location, over here if you left it as Russell said it just disappeared after a short time but your countries laws are different Cheers Ian
