U0402-94 DTC - any idea?

I got U0402-94 DTC (Invalid data received from transmission control module) in my car MY05 D3 Auto.

I do not have any problem with Terrain Response or with autobox. Also no error message is showing up on the dash.

I tried to delete it, but after deleting all DTC with IDS, the U0402 DTC is still there. Next I reflashed TCM and auto gearbox, and deleted all DTC, but U0402 DTC is still showing up.

Any idea what can cause this and why I cannot get rid of it?
