Black pack complete!!
Finally got my grille back plus fitted modified 90 mud flaps to the front arches.
Here is the final result with all silver bits tucked away for returning to HSE Lux blingness when desired

I bought another grille for £110 off eBay them got it sprayed and baked.
I want to do the letters but am worried about getting them lined up perfectly
