EPB rubbing in one spot
My EPB on the drivers side is catching only in one spot, similar to riding a bike with a buckled wheel. When I adjusted it a couple of weeks ago I put the 32mm socket on the hub set to 60Nm and it would spin most the way but catch one spot.
Does this mean the disc is knackered and needs replacing?

Did you slacken off the Allen stud on the opposite side to the adjuster to centralise the shoes?- and then retighten of course.
Check all the shoe retaining Spring clips are present and not broken, these are the cops that hold the shoe onto the backplate. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Yes I did slacken it off, gave the discs a bang with a rubber mallet then tightened it back up. Everything looked intact to be honest, although saying that I wasn't looking for anything missing!
I seem to remember when last looking through my invoices that the pads and retaining springs were changed a few years back.
