Feedback online form from LandRover - took ages to fill in..

I'm assuming every new owner to a new LR gets one of these? Just not seen any posts about them. Took me ages going backwards and forwards as I remember another fault

Never had such a detailed questionnaire about any new car before .... doesn't instill me with confidence as they already seem to anticipate all the possible faults you can have ... and I am having quite a few (reported elsewhere on the forum) 2016MY Discovery HSE - Black

I had an online survey too about my dealer etc but I'd owned mine for a while and it was purchased used.

You have been unlucky so I bet it took a while and fingers crossed they take notice. Andy

I'm hoping I'll get mine soon then

Only around 20 days and 2,000 miles in so far (a rate of use which is only likely to increase

) and the only thing to report so far is a little disappointment associated with finding that the wood is fake

I'll still look forward to filling it in if / when it arrives, though I wonder how much use it will be with the replacement largely signed off already. 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4
2017 to date: FFRR SDV8
2023 to date: 2 x FL2 as “second” cars 🙄

2021 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200
2022 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200 & sidecar!
(One of only two known to exist in the world!)

Ive gone one better and sent my email of complaint to my boss, car is fantastic, dealership is crap, boss happens to be in charge of one of the factories so it will go to the correct department then
