Hi All

Do you this is a good deal?,

im test driving it Saturday after trawling the web for a few weeks love the colour combination that id like.

Ive searched the difference between SDv6 and TDv6

but what's the difference between XS and GS?

Seems a reasonable price but hard to tell without looking at the car.

GS was base D4 spec. XS was next one up and included a larger touchscreen with sat nav and leather. There may be other differences but I think those are the most obvious.

2016 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 SE Tech Auto Corris Grey

Can't remember all the differences between GS and XS but XS is the higher trim level. In 2010 XS added leather seats, bigger central screen with sat nav, better sound system and some other bits and bobs over GS.
As you will have found already no engine difference between one badged as 3.0 TDV6 or SDV6 in 2010.

Looks a tad pricey to me.

Thanks for the replys, I though it was a bit pricey too.

Just done an HPI on it and its come back clean

2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Java Black

2012 HSE models with 8 speed auto can be had for £29K - I'd be looking to find the extra if at all possible.

I paid less than that last month for a HSE 2010 HSE at a dealer. Granted it had 79k on the clock, but does have 2 years of LR warranty and the rest of the approved used package

^^lovely looking motor.

Well I managed to get off work early so took a drive up tonight. What a waste of

diesel!! The bloody car has got 3 badly bald tyres and she expected me to test drive it?? Lower boot door looked like it had been re-sprayed, it had been valeted to within an inch of its life and it was still stinking inside, I could rattle the tow bar in its socket very badly and the compressor was either knackered or on its way out as it bounced to off road height.

Handed the key back and left. 200 mile round trip
