+1 for genuine rubber mats.
I thought the clips were already in place in the front footwell?
The rear clips come with the mats, the screw into the carpet with a 1/4 turn latch so you can take them out to hose down.
Make sure you get the right mats for the age of your disco. Later d3 is same as d4 with only 1 hook in front
