Headlamp mod

I've had my lights in and out so many time recently I decided to modify the securing mech to make it easier.

If you put the head of the cable tie below it not only hides it but add a bit more of a mechanical fixing. If you leave it loose you can actually push it down flush. Certainly makes taking the light out easier.I was planning to use a slightly meatier tie but the correct size drill was blunt.

Nice, although why do you have to keep taking your lights out?
I think mine have only been out once in 3 years just to put some night breakers in.

Well I had fitted Night Breakers and they all started to die one by one so I took them out, I then fitted some LED sidelight bulbs, one of them started flickiering so I replaced them.

I have just fitted some Xenons so they were out again, had them out again today to replace the D2S bulbs and also to transfer my LED sidelight bulbs.
