I would presume it is a temperature of an internal head unit component, or perhaps a shutdown limit.

Could be, deffo a temp as it steadily climbs from ambient after startup.

It's a temperature sensor in part of the Infotainment system. If it hits the temperature to the left of itself, the Nav and radio switch off until it cools down
