Looked under car an found rear airbag dust cover dropped down
Can this be fixed?

What's there to fix. If it's sealing and not creased, I don't think it's a problem. If you are worried about it, try pushing it back to the correct shape. It might help to raise the suspension. Me, I'd leave it alone. Freelander SE 2005 Auto.
D3 TDV6. Gone.
