Hi
Ive got to do the fuel sensors (Well I think) Its reading 0 and no mpg etc coming up just 0
Ive read the culprit being the fuel sensors.
Any tips on how to do them etc would be great. as I'm dreading lying under it for a day to find theres an easy way!

With a MSV-2 you can get an idea about the problem if there is a fault code with short circuit or open circuit it's probably the wiring. If not it's probably the sensor.
I had a problem with my front sensor giving 0 so level gauge was on empty including light on. On the MSv-2 I still could see I had a level at sensor 2.
I still had mpg (km/ltr) calculation. I believe that's measured from the injecting volume.

But range was always 0.

My sensor was change by the friendly local dealer. They gave me a fixed price for the job. And that was good for me as they had some prolems getting to the sensor and finding out how to release the sensor. They cut open an old tank to find out. Whistle

I have a problem with the fuel gauge where it reads fine until it gets down to just under 1/4 full. When the engine is switched off then on again the fuel gauge reads totally empty. It's not a big deal but it did used to alarm me wondering if I would make it to the filling station. Nowadays when this happens I know I still have a good 50 miles range left.

Does anyone else have a similar issue and if so is there any way to fix it?

Everything else appears to read ok, no other electrical issues.
