Nice photo rendition of what it could look like with Volvo style taillights CY, but you don't have to worry too much about your approach to the design. LR's own include a clown who signed off on the design for the towbar...

I'd have thought they'd wait for the RRS to have it's new aluminium chassis in 2010 wouidln't they? then the D4 aboiut 18-24 months later perhaps?
As has been said before, perhaps some tinkering with the lights and bumpers/door mouldings/arches rather than grand scale re-design.
