facelift or update?
so, considering the ongoing LR/Jag/Ford shenanigans (or however you spell it!) and as D3 will be 3 later this year, does anyone have any suggestions or insider info as to when it is likely that the update stylists be released from their padded cell to muck about with 'our' D3? or are we going to be really lucky and have have another year or two's grace, WDYAR and theeeeennn......???

Well 'What Car?' reckons the Disco3 "looks dated" compared to the Q7, X5 and Merc ML-whatever....
Still, it beat all of 'em 8)

I'll scan it in tomorrow
Think they're comparing it with the current trend for 'melted welly' car shapes

Land Rover have never rushed into anything. I reckon it will be a couple of years yet. More likely the engine will be updated before the style.

They will no doubt go for a few cosmetic changes like the lights and bumpers rather than changing overall body style. I think you will see some volvoesque style rear lights that go to the top of the body perhaps 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

They always seem to do that. "They" being car manufacturers in general...
LR did it with the FL1, RR, D2 and Defender and so I agree with SN - they'll do it to the D3 too.2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7
