ABS at fault or center controls ?? |
|
Hi Everyone,
So I was playing with my center controls and doing a bit of driving to see if they work on my land, I noticed that when I set off in say grass mode it sounded like my ABS was trying to kick it while moving slowly then drives like normal after a few seconds ??
It sounds like it's the left hand side ?? Anyone else had anything like this ??
Also I've noticed a few times on the dash it will come up with hdc fault system not available in the mornings but doesn't show an error code, then just disappears. It doesn't seem to affected anything either ??
Any help will be greatly appreciated

No idea about the grass mode but the error in the morning is due to a partially weak battery.
Charge your battery fully and the problem will cease. Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
FBH Remote Control
The 1st Ever RRS Modded Grill
Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.
Rear Boot Spoiler.
Twin Brake Lights.
Wing Mirror Indicator Repeaters.
Long Roof Rails

I'm not scared, I'm outta here.

Sounds like hill decent has been activated. Big yellow button on the centre console.

Setting grass mode automatically activities HDC on mine. This will give an ABS type buzz as you slow down. The HDC is setting a lower target speed, based on throttle position. Freelander SE 2005 Auto.
