soaking compressor housing & fault

Been struggling over the past couple of days with a suspension fault i took the compressor housing off and the foam was soaking. Until then it had been spot on, compressor ran for only short amount of time.

The only other issue i had noted was when trying lower suspension i would get vehicle will lower clear of obstruction message and it would bounce back up to offroad height. Does it sound like a blocked exhaust or clogged dryer. Now it instantly comes up with suspension fault and wont do anything. Fortunately it is stuck in normal height.

Look at your 4x4 info screen. One of the corners will flash quicker than the others and make it think it is stuck in a hole. Then it automatically raises itself. My money is on faulty height sensor or possibly a semi seized shock damper. (Had that before on another d3). Bodsys Brake Bible

4x4 screen is spot on. No issues all normal height.

Cheers Mike! Got a spare compressor in your cupboard of plenty? At least access will be easier housing is off. One bolt sheared 2 are incredibly rusty 3 Flash Indicators

Graham I've got some dryer units that have been cleaned out, filters cleaned and lids sealed with araldite, and I'm sure some fresh silica beads I could drop off to u if it helps
