Check this if you cant remove your injectors
read an interesting article in CAR MECHANICS magazine today about hard to remove injectors.
This company claim to have been 100% successful in their removal technique so far, and its no fee if they cannot removed. They use a special screwed adapter to screw into the top of the injector, and use a hydraulic puller to pull the wee beggars out. They are also willing to travel to you if your a good distance away or cant get the car to them......
It might save someone on here going down another expensive route if their garage cant get them out....

We have a local garage that has a van on the road just doing that, the kit is designed to work well with snapped off injectors and glow plugs and they say they would rather snap and remove than try to ease them out - they say it's quicker that way.Paul Redding

Just once. Copper washer had failed, and the injector was stuck in the head.
Top of the injector was dismantled, and a slide hammer used to extract My D3 Build Thread

I have one at this very moment! Cilinder 3
Looks like there is/was a leak on that whole cilinder bank, around all injectors is black burnt debris to see..
my injector removing tool from laser snapped on both side’s...
Cleaned everything as far as possible now, wd40 on them now... buy tomorrow some serious penetrating oil (can is empty) . In the meanwhile, I did order another 2 sets of removing tool for a retry next weekend..
For a slide hammer on cilinder 3 is no room I think...Best regards
Harold
