Have got one off ebay it is ok to use but it takes time to get used to it can do everything the jlr techs can do dont use it any more got a gap tool much quicker and easier to use as it backs up your data firs Discovery 3 se gone

you have to update the instrument cluster but cant remember where to find it  for the indicators do work on early disco's you need also to update the body control modual as i found out with my gap tool Discovery 3 se gone

I can with my gap11 tool gave up with the sdd software as i emailed the guy once to ask a question and never had a reply back so i figured it was not worth the hassle as if you look at the stories i had in my post about it there were a few people on here either putting me off or scaremongering dont know which but the gap is a really good bit of kit 8)  Discovery 3 se gone

Part of the issue is that you have absolutely no support unless you pay JLR for it. So, despite it being "free", you are basically on your own. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

As Martin says no support but it does everything the rest do only if you get it wrong you are on your own but if you have time and the patience it is quite a good/cheap piece of kit Discovery 3 se gone
