Strange suspension fault

Good evening

I know there are loads of suspension threads which i have trawled through to try and source a solution however i am still at a loose end.

I have recently purchased a spares or repairs d3 with various faults but the one i could do with some help on is the suspension fault.

When vehicle is started i get the usual red suspension light, adaptive head light fault which i presume is the fact they cant be calibrated until the suspensuion fault is rectified. special programs off, engine systems fault and vehicle height raising slowly.

When the vehcile arrived the battery was shot, i oredred one according to the reg, 100ah.

when i pulled the codes i get VA135 - vin data and C1A00 - control module these are permenant. another code in either the body control module or abs module i get u0241 invalid data recieved from level control module, again permanent. When i removed the compressor and found the intake filter to be rather damp and rather restricted, this explains the slow raise correct? i briefly ran the comp on a bench and the output pressure seems fine. Are the other 3 suspension faults down to some sort of software update or a knackered or incorrect ride height module assuming its been changed prior to me having the vehicle?

Yet to check the brake light switch although the bulbs work fine.

Sorry for waffling any help would be greatly appreciated?

Many thanks

Dan

VA135 cannot be right. I guess you mean U1A35?

Spares & repairs are big projects and without a known starting point or history there is probable not much that the forum can offer. Incorrect VIN somewhere is not a good start and may mean that one or more of the VIN critical systems has been replaced without being correctly coded to the vehicle. This may also hamper your diagnostics.

I suggest starting with physical inspections of all the ECUs and connections and see what history you can get for the vehicle.
