Rattling Noise

Rattling Noise

I have a weird metallic rattling noise, I noticed it first when a door was slammed, it sounded like the dog guard rattling.
Turns out to be coming from underneath the old girl. There is a big metal plate in the area under the passengers seat and rear foot well, when I bang it it rattles although nothing looks loose.
It can also be heard sometimes on tick over.

It is an 06 base model, any body any ideas
