Water in passenger foot well update HELP

Help

I think I have made things worse.

Everything was working fine apart from water leaking into the foot well, I replaced the drain pipe on the front passenger side. Old pipe had rotted and fallen our from where it pushes out through the wing, pipe replaced so I thought all would be fine but this is not the case.

Car will not lock or unlock from the key fob.
Parking sensors not working.
Display reading all doors open and also tail gate open even though they are all closed.
Tail Gate will not open.
Can not adjust ride hight, I think its stuck in normal hight.
DSC red light is on in the dash
Yellow Park Brake light is on.
Interior lights will not turn off.

What have I checked?

Checked all connectors on CJB
Checked all fuses

I have done 2 hard resets but still have the same issue.

What should I start looking at first?

I really need to get this sorted ASAP.

Have you definitely got all the water out?? I had to take my pass get seat out, lift the carpet and Dort plate to access the bundle of cables running into the rear. Got a good litre out of the sponge on the back of the carpet and more from the run in the bottom of the door entrance.

Check all the cables for splices where water could penetrate.

I'm running the dehumidifier in the car over night, I guess it is going to take a week of more to dry it out. Tomorrow I'll lift the carpet and start drying that out and at the same time I'll check the wiring loom.

Have you cleared all the fault codes. I am not sure if the hard reset clears them - someone will confirm.

Cleared all codes apart from BCU, just get an error when I try to clear them.

Checked joint on green/white wires but was all good but to be sure I cut the joint off and redone it but still have the same issues.
