Starter Motor or ignition

I have a small problem that will now doubt become a bigger problem in time

When i go to start the car, the car starts to turn over then stop for a second and then continues to turn over and starts. I'm not sure if the starter is on the way out ? or if the ignition barrel is faulty

Any help or suggestion welcome

The car is a 2005 Manual - new battery 10 months ago Disco 3 manual diesel
Range rover vogue lse 4.2 v8
Landrover 90 3.5 v8

So the only codes that come up are

ECU: Body Control
CODE:B1C57
Passive start ignition relay coil circuit / Unused relay drive
(INTERMITTENT)

CU: HVAC system
CODE:B1B74
Front foot-defrost mode stepper actuator

ECU: HVAC system
CODE:B1B75
Front foot-face mode stepper actuator
(INTERMITTENT)

I'm hoping its the starter motor ? Disco 3 manual diesel
Range rover vogue lse 4.2 v8
Landrover 90 3.5 v8
