DivX on iPad/iPhone playback
Has any one managed to get DivX to playback on there disco 4 ? I've entered the code to register the device, but can't get anything to convert/download on to the iPad or phone ?

You only need to register the code if you want to play purchased DivX content.
DivX works fine on my D4, but I play it from a USB stick. As far as I'm aware, you can't stream video from a phone, and if your iPad has a lightning connector, then it doesn't output composite video, only HDMI, so you won't be able to plug it into the rear sockets if you have RSE fitted.
I use DivX Converter to transcode to DivX, but make sure that you don't go larger than 720x576 pixels.

Thanks for that, I'll give it a go, I have registered the code, but not put anything onto a stick, just tried via iPad an phone
