Always Saving For Something
As the title says I always seem to be saving for something else to buy for my Disco.
My next expenditure will be a gearbox flush.

Hmmm....know the feeling...on my current "hit list" are rock/tree sliders and Compomotive 18's...... Sadly the more mundane requirement of a new set of road tyres is tipping the need/want scales in the wrong direction "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

I agree,
It just seems to be one thing after another,got DM coming next week for rear brake lines,then after that it will probably be an all round air bag replacement (to be saved up for) as the car has done over 200k I would like to do the shocks but complete airbag replacement is much easier.
Then who knows whats next,oh yes second set of cam belts then...........................so on and so on.

Service & sump next - then do I do belts and casing 1 year early, need to remove plasti-dip off wheels and go for powder coated ones...........G4 coat on eBay as well Iggy/Ieuan

Saving for a new clutch,3 broken glow plugs to be removed,and a sanky/arrows trailer build Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.
IID Pro MV License - D3/4 RRS - Enabling, Updates,Transmission flushing.

I can live with a dodgy 5th gear for now.
Will need injectors before it gets cold, and suspension needs looking at, as it's been aligned 3 times and every time it's shredded tyres.
Ironically, the 1st set I put on it (and aligned myself) wore perfectly. Ever since the 2nd set went on, it has worn either the front or rear tyres on the inner edges...My D3 Build Thread
