which seals do you mean?
if its the one that goes round the body(and generally wears just above seat base height where you seem to rub it getting in)then this is fairly cheap from the stealers did driver side start of the year and was a lot cheaper than i thought it would be,cant remember how much it was now and only a ten min job to change MY24 Defender 90 X-Dynamic HSE

sorry i was not clear. the two soft rubbers which are fitted around the body which seal the door, they are both worn in the same place from -as you mentioned- being caught by people and bags entering and exiting the car. they just look a bit tatty and her majesty asked about replacing them.....Discovery 3 tdv6 HSE 2007

You don't need to remove the sill trim.
Just pull it off and re-position it. They aren't moulded. Current: Discovery 3 06MY (55 reg) HSE Auto Zambezi Silver Allisport Fast Road Intercooler, V8 Brakes, Silicone IC Hoses, EGRs Blanked, Remapped, De-Cat pipe, FBHIC

A little tip.... if you rip the seal, use a wetsuit/neoprene repair product called Aquasure....works a treat "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Would I be silly to assume the D3 and D4 seals are the same for ordering purposes ?
Edit:maybe not.....D3 seems to be LR037755 and D4 is LR037755-A...so must be slightly different ?"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
