Or buy a cheap Chinese Android phone (Dual sim, android 4.4) 5" screen for £56.
To be fair, the camera isn't as good and its only 3G and it doesn't have the right label for some. Mark.

I had the same problem both ipad and phone, i had to reboot (switch off and back on..  ) and all works fine now.. If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works
