I have 2 spots of condensation staring to appear on the outside of the windscreen, they are symmetrical , and the size of tennis balls, they only disappear when i use the wipers, or turn the heat up........ Any idea guys ?

You've not had a new windscreen have you?
If so could be the suction pad marks
If not. Ignore me

Your air conditioning? When you've directed it upwards?

Agree with Farmer Chalk, my Focus works car does the same and its definately the aircon.
Try setting the aircon temp higher than the external and see if it stops condensing I started off with nothing and Ive still got most of it left.

What you are creating is two super chilled areas where the screen is in line with the vents... As with anything cold water vapour in the air outside is condensing on it...similar to an ice lolly or magnum ice cream which gets wet on the outside when it's exposed to the air....
You can't stop it other than directing the chilled air to another vent....

I used to get the suction pad marks on the windscreen - never had a new one fitted though. I managed to get rid of them eventually. I tried various methods but in the end vinegar and newspaper did the trick, followed by a really good clean with AutoGlym Fastglass and then window polish. I also get them very slightly on the drivers window.
