| Swapping for D4 front seats |

Hi Guys,
I managed to source myself some D4 seats - nothing special just the cloth, heated, non-electric ones to replace the knackered ones in our D3. From what I remember of my conversation with TFC on the subject, they are a straight swap.
Two questions though...
1. what's the safest way to deal with the airbags? Do I just wait till the car's gone to sleep and unplug and replug the new one when the seats' are installed?
2. the heated seats operate in three stages on the D4 and only 2 stages on the D3 - is this anything to worry about, I'm assuming this is just at the controller level and the elements in the seat are similar?
In short, I'm hoping it's all plug and play - can anyone confirm this?

Doh!! Just had a closer look at the seats and they're from a LHD vehicle so height and lumbar are on the wrong seat! 
Spoke to the seller who said he hadn't realised there was a difference between the two and he seemed genuine. Looks like I'll be getting intimate with seat frames in an effort to swap bits over! I had them couriered from Kent so they're not going back... -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there Hgrimmet,
I'm trying to fit D4 seats to my 56 plate D3.
Can give me any advice or tell me if I need to get anything in particular to complete the mod?
