Hi guys and girls
This is my first post so be gentle. I have just purchased a 2008 hse D3.happy happy bunny, I had a 300tdi then brought a td5 and then I had a boy racer moment and brought an Audi RS6 (if they had wings they would fly) Then decided to get practical again, hence the purchase of the D3,im after getting the cambelts and pump changed (89000) local to where I am, Do any of you helpful lot know anywhere in Buckinghamshire that will do this with out pulling my pants down, just been quoted £1020 for belts and service is this about right?

I don't know where, exactly, in Bucks you are but I've used Harris-Mayes Country Cars (near Harefield) before and they seem OK. Labour charges are not especially cheap there, however.
Definitely get the oil pump changed at the same time.

Hughenden Autos are very reliable & quite reasonable. I used them a lot for my p38 RR which had a habit of costing me a fortune as p38's are known to do 
They are in Hughenden, just outside High Wycombe Nick

Try John Dennis 4x4 if north bucks, just up from Aylesbury. Very good work and a reasonable price, courtesy cars available. D3 SE MY55 [gone]

Couldn't agree more with the above post, I'd forgotten John Dennis. He did some work on my D4 when I first got it, I worked at Stoke Mandeville Hospital at the time & they even sent somebody to collect it & had it back before I finished my shift. Nick
