I regularly get 540 to a tank and I know there is an useable buffer as I've gone 20 miles beyond zero!
I average 29-32 on the trip. Not bad for a auto!
Mostly 60-70mph, m4 Newport to m5 Gloucester. 120 miles a day so it lasts Til Friday if I fill Monday morning!

Im normally showing 430 - 450 for a tank full, the range is totally different on a D4 though, no matter how you drive it stays pretty steady, whereas in a D3 it used to vary dependant on your driving at the time. Joined the BMWX5 45e group
