Well I got a new one for Christmas from the kids, only problem it is a Disco 3 one not a Disco4 hey ho still fitted it yesterday after the sun had been on back window for a while and warmed it up.
Carefully peeled the back part off, applied to window and then peeled front part off all good MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
MY15 D4 HSE Kaikoura Stone
MY12 D4 HSE Nara Bronze Sold and gone
MY11 D4 HSE Stornaway Grey Sold and gone
D3 S spec Silver Sold and gone
Tow bar, full length roof bars, side steps, tow bar storage unit, surround camers.

should have read this post earlier - research!
Really carefully applied my newly delivered grey 'internal sticker' in my back tailgate window today - went for the dark grey, thinking it would show nicely through my light smoke tint. Closed the tailgate to admire my handywork - couldn't see a bloomin thing....... first Disco Mod - Fail
Peeled it back off - new one to order..... so to go white, silver or orange that is the the question - external, or does the white internal sticker show through???

Yes it is a bit hidden but I can't make it too easy :p
FWIW that sticker I put on the Mini in Dec 2009 is still there, wiped by the rear wiper and hasn't been stripped off by it
I've always recommended (and do so on the shop pages) that those with privacy glass choose an external sticker, no colour will show through properly if an internal is used and it negates the point of having a sticker if it can't be seen 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Good external place is where my D3Club sticker is, wiper doesn't touch it there.
