I had the GG AT on my previous and found them very noisy on the roads around us. Lots of concrete slabs
Are the GT.s better?
I have standard fit from LR but forgotten what they are but very quiet compared to previous and on LR Exp day was shown how good these things are on standard road tyres

Stornaway D4. Gone, Didn't like it at all
D3 silver manual. Loved my first LR
I've not noticed any increase in road noise since fitting the GG GTs, and they replaced Scorpions which are the LR standard fit.Previously:

get it warmed up and do an oil change I think it only takes 0.6 of a litre. The stuff is in there far too long imo and needs a change every other service.D4

A year on and still very happy with the new GTs. Road noise is pretty low, better thanthe GT's anyway, off road theyre not too bad either (for a road tyre)
I would recommend them

I find that I am replacing my tyres every year, I have tried different makes and the ones on now are kumho.
I am considering the Grabber GT or AT although i do 99% road driving. I am thinking of the ATs as they have a bigger tread depth on them.
What do you guys think?
Also who has the best price atm. I can find black circles fitted for £612 for 4.Land Rover Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE

I have fitted gg at all round on my Amazon about 6 months ago and they have transformed the handling compared to the Falcon that were on it. I am not sure if they are refined enough for the d4 unless you need some off road. The At Having more tread may not mean they last longer than the GT because it may be a softer or quicker wear rate. What is the tread depth on a GT when new ?.
My zeros fitted at the moment start at 8mm and wear in no time but drive and handle nice and quiet.D4

I have the GG AT's (having had AT2's on previous LR's) and am very pleased with them. I paid £560 for four fitted, in April.Darren
