Front Valve Block Change??? Best way to access?
Does anyone know the easiest way to change the front suspension valve block? Can I just remove the passenger side under wheel guard and remove valve block or do I need to remove my whole bumper? Also after I do get access how do you remove the block? Does it just pull out or do I need to unscrew the block from the bumper? Thanks.Narpy's Grill Mod, Suspension Rods, Ultra guage, wrangler Goodyear duratracs 265/60/18, new thermostat, diff oils changed, brake switch new, aluminum rack floor, LED driving lights in foglights, rear camera, just need gvif unit, next on list! The block sits on 3 rubber grommets that just push in and slide down on the bumper reinforcer. Easiest way would be to remove the bumper skin.

You can (just about) also access by removing the OSF wheel arch liner, but it's much better with the front bumper removed, which isn't difficult Never get mad - get even !!

When you mean bumper skin are you referring to the bumper cover? I'm talking about the big plastic bumper:

You don't need to remove the metal reinforcer that's underneath.

I just changed my front valve block the other day.
I removed the air suspension fuse F3 I think, don't know whether you need to or not, I just felt happier!
I removed drivers wheel (UK market) and removed wheel inner liner. You can easily get to the block. Loosen of the airline nuts until your hear air and stop. Thers a lot of pressure there. Go back to it about ten minutes later and undo them completely. The block just sits on the back of the bumper in the rubber grommets. It came out really easy.
I found it straight forward and easy, took about 1 hour.
There is a good write up on hear, but I can't seem to find it, think it was Disco_Mikey?Giggity - Giggity

I tried with just the wheelarch liner removed, Quagmire, but with a dodgy back and left shoulder, it was easier for me to access with the bumper removed.

Have a look at these YouTube vids, the guy rambles on a bit but if you start about 3.30 on this one about removal
and about the 6m mark on this it may give you an idea to clean the valve block
