Don't think it's badly priced
I drew just over 8k for mine with 156k on it
Had he rims and good tyres but was a base model with leather and 7 seats
Good luck with sale
Might need to see the bay and drum some interest with a 99p start
Few chances think I they'll get it for 5k but hey D3 gone

or better still, have a look at WBAC and WWAC to see what it comes back with, I fink you'll be surprised how far adrift you might be 
Just add £500 on top for the margin they will have when selling your old car at auction
