Wales trip weekend 22/23 March 2014
Went to Wales last weekend. A nice sequence of us doing the river crossing....

No just drove straight in....
Only joking.....
We all got out and had a good look, like any responsible off roader would do. Plus quite a few cars had been through before us, so I knew how deep it was, plus I had done it last year, and the water levels were just slightly higher.

Bernard, unfortunately that's not really true. I was out with 3 Toyota Land Crusiers, and even they were all around the K reg, they have superior ground clearance. They sailed over rocks I struggled over. As for the river crossing, I'll post some pictures when I'm back on my Mac.

Get some rods on for those trips in future, Paul was the only one to get stuck on our last trip. can't wait for more piccy's Mantec sump guard.

Your's makes me want a roof rack even more now!
Have you fitted rods or got an IID tool to lift it?
Were the cruisers running raised suspension?

We did Strata last Sunday with the Liverpool Land Rover Club , no height issues and I have a lifted coiler, smashing day out, did you do the Bomb Hole?Steve
